Tamiya announced that the new M-08 alloy shafts and front suspension mount is coming soon. First up is a 3-piece aluminum shaft set that was designed to replace the standard steel items for lower weight parts. The hard-anodized alloy shafts scrub about 5.8g of weight with the hard surface coating ensuring exceptional durability. Included in the set are the center, counter, and idler gearbox shafts. Also new is a 0-degree front suspension mount as a direct replacement for the plastic B9 kit part. The mount is machined from high-quality aluminum and it comes blue anodized for wear and looks. Using the part will improve overall rigidity, precision, and car handling.

This Tamiya high-performance rear-wheel-drive R/C chassis assembly kit is constructed around a rigid monocoque with the mainframe split into front and rear sections. It offers superior rear high traction drive characteristics and fuss-free maintenance of parts such as the easy-access differential. C.V.A. (Constant Volume Adjustable) oil shock-damped 4-wheel double wishbone suspension features dedicated long arms and steering linkage components for a range of setup options. A silky-smooth drivetrain utilizes full ball bearings, oil-filled gear differential unit and universal drive shafts. It can be assembled with a 210mm (S), 225mm (M) or 239mm (L) wheelbase, making it compatible with appropriately-sized existing Tamiya M-chassis body parts sets.
