NEW for 2020 Product Debuts at SEMA
Traxxas is always working on new accessories, upgrades, and vehicles, and SEMA attendees got to see the latest upcoming releases first. Here’s what you have to look forward to:
New Maxx Accessories
Anodized Aluminum Upgrades
More metal for Maxx is coming, with caster blocks, steering blocks, and stub axle carriers all precision-machined and vividly anodized for superior strength and style. You’ll be able to get the gear in red, green, orange, and blue.
TUBES Toe Links
TUBES links add adjustable toe-in and a burst of anodized color to the Maxx, and the unique aluminum and steel hybrid construction offers incredible strength yet minimizes weight. You’ll be able to get the links in red, blue, green and orange to match the other anodized Maxx upgrades.
GT-Maxx Shock Upgrades
The Maxx already has some of the best-built shocks in RC, but if you want to take it to the next level, Traxxas has you covered. Super-slick TiN (titanium nitride) coated shock shafts reduce “stiction” to extend seal life and deliver ultra-smooth action. Bonus: the TiN’s gold color looks trick. Want to boost style even further? You can add anodized aluminum shock caps and upper spring retainers, precision machined by-Traxxas for-Traxxas.
Rock Show: SEMA Crowds Clamor For Traxxas Rock Crawling
While every other SEMA truck’s tires touched only carpet, Traxxas’ trucks actually spent their Vegas vacation on the rocks—right inside the Traxxas booth! The realistic rock terrain was created just for SEMA, and crowds ate up the true-to-scale action as TRX-4 models showed off the capabilities of their T-Lock remote-locking differentials, High/Low transmissions, and trick portal axles. The 1979 Chevrolet Blazer, 1979 Ford Bronco, Land Rover Defender, TRX-4 Equipped with Traxx, and TRX-4 Sport did their thing all day throughout the show.
