Timmy woo is the first non-Japanese racer sponsored by Yokomo. How this teenager (Timmy woo) can achieve that good result? It starts with he was 12 years old, he began to play drifting RC cars with his father. He recalled: “In fact, I only played the touring car in early RC life. After I got in touch with a drift car, I thought that the drifting movement was very beautiful. I started to play the drift car. I tried to go to Japan in 2013 and I was lucky to win the sport class championship. YOKOMO, a Japanese remote-controlled car manufacturer, saw Timmy’s success and found him a sponsor. Last October, through the RCDC competition, Timmy’s world rankings were second (four-wheel drive) and fourth (rear drive).
